Commonly known as Rau Ram or Vietnamese Coriander, this is a herb whose leaves are used in Southeast Asian cooking. Commonly eaten fresh in chicken salad and in spring rolls, as well as in some soups such as sour soup and stews. It is also popularly eaten with duck balut (fertilized duck egg).
